| We
ship mostly by United Parcel Service. UPS provides additional services of Next Day
& Second Day Air delivery if you need product immediately. This is done by
request only. We also ship some small packages (usually 5 pounds or less) via
Priority Mail from Post Office. |

| Damage
and Shortages: |
| All
shortages and damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order. If any
damage is found upon inspection of your order, you must save the original carton &
packing materials and call your local UPS office for an inspection. |

Of Stocks & Back Orders: |
| At
times, our manufacturers are out of stock of certain items in our product line. We
will try to obtain product within a reasonable period of time, and notify you when the
item will be shipped. Most of the orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of
order. |

are subject to change without official notice. We will notify you of any price
changes that occur before sending out order. |

| Returns: |
| Return
goods will be accepted only after written consent from our office. Returns are
subjected to a 15% restocking charge. Write or call us to explain the circumstances
fully, listing invoices and account number. We will advise proper procedure. |
